Changed your mind: 7 days to withdraw

Bought through the site and changed your mind? You have 7 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason (art. 49 of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code).

We refund the full amount paid, including the original shipping, and we also pay for the return shipping.

Defective or damaged in transit

If the calendar arrives creased, torn, wet or with a printing defect, write to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the product and the packaging. We send you a new calendar at no cost, and you don't need to return the damaged one.

Defects noticed later can be reported within the periods of the Consumer Protection Code (art. 26): 30 days for non-durable products and 90 days for durable ones.

How to request

• Write to [email protected] with the name on the order and what happened (photos, for damage or defects).
• We reply within 3 business days with instructions. For returns after withdrawal, we send a prepaid postage code or refund the postage you pay at Correios.
• Return the product in the packaging it came in, or well protected.

Refunds

Refunds are made through Mercado Pago, to the payment method used for the purchase (Pix or card), as soon as the return is confirmed. On credit cards, the refund may show on the next statement, depending on the card issuer.

Original works

Original works bought through the site have the same 7-day right. Since each work is unique, we arrange the return transport with you, properly packed and insured, at our cost. The work must come back in the condition it was sent.
